Why We Are Doing This
The Love, the Bus Manifesto::
::::::
We are products of the information age. Perpetually connected, we are real-time, up to date, and never alone. And yet, when as a society we should progress with the tech wave, we are experiencing epidemic malaise.
What are we connected TO? The news we see is negative, our aspirations model the Jersey Shore, and our perceptions of humanity are a caricature of human nature. Our generation is becoming disconnected from human relationships. But we are ripe for real change. With the right influences and inspiration, we have been enabled to institute the change this world is desperate for. We have a need for role models that we can relate to – real people, ordinary people, young people – who are pursuing the betterment of society through creativity and modern means.
Love, the Bus is a collection of idealists. We share beauty pageant dreams of world peace and solving world hunger. We see the world for what it is, but more importantly we see what the world has to offer for the future. We see others doing good, and we want to help them thrive.
The web allows creativity to travel beyond conventional means. Love, the Bus is designed to bring human context to this powerful medium, leaving lasting goodwill with everyone we reach.

Plus, we wanted to take a road trip.
